When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and display name to create your account and recognize you on return visits. We do not request access to your Gmail or Google Drive. Your favorites and new creations are associated with your account.
This policy explains the information processed when you use hotspicy at hotspicy.fun, including uploads, AI generation requests and generated media.
01Information we process
When you use hotspicy, we process information you provide, such as uploaded photos, prompts, selected templates and generation settings. Generation records can include task identifiers, status, outputs, timestamps and provider responses. If you use account, purchase or support features, information supplied through those features may also be processed.
02How information is used
We use this information to carry out your requested image or video generation, display your creations, maintain generation history, troubleshoot failures, protect the service from misuse and respond to support requests. Upload only information and images you are authorized to share.
03Photos and personal likeness
Photos may contain identifiable people and other personal information. Character replacement features use reference photos to guide a generated person’s appearance. Obtain permission from the people shown before uploading or processing their likeness. Do not upload sensitive materials you do not want processed by the service and its generation providers.
04Generation and infrastructure providers
The model selected for a task determines which provider receives the inputs required for that task. These can include photos, prompts, reference frames and generation settings. The service currently integrates SpicyAPI for media generation and Unlid for supported text features. Infrastructure providers may also process data needed to deliver the service. Provider retention and other handling practices are subject to their own policies; this page does not promise that providers delete inputs immediately or exclude them from model training.
05Storage and retention
Uploads, generated media and generation records may be stored to provide creation history, previews and downloads, and to support service operation. Retention depends on the type of data and the deployed service configuration; no fixed automatic deletion period is promised here. Deleting browser storage does not delete server-side media or provider-held records.
06Browser storage
The website uses local browser storage for saved template identifiers and acceptance of the welcome notice. The current preview login also uses session storage to remember its demo sign-in state. You can clear these values through your browser settings, which may reset those features. Browser storage is specific to the browser and device you use.
08Your choices and requests
You can choose what to upload and whether to submit a generation request. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information, use the Support entry on the website and include enough information to identify the relevant account or task without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Requests concerning provider-held records may require assistance from that provider.
09Security and international processing
We cannot guarantee absolute security for uploaded or generated content. Protect your account and device, and avoid sharing media links you wish to keep restricted. Providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own, depending on where their systems operate.
10Age requirement
hotspicy is intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where higher. It is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact Support so the matter can be reviewed.
11Updates and contact
We may revise this policy as features and data practices change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page, with additional notice where required. For privacy questions or requests, use the Support entry on the website.
Partner referrals
If you register within 30 days of following a valid partner link, we record the referring partner, referral code, referral visit time and registration time. Existing accounts are not reassigned. Administrators can view these referral relationships to operate the partner program.
