These terms describe the conditions for using hotspicy at hotspicy.fun. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
01Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to use hotspicy. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use only an account you are authorized to access.
02Using the service
hotspicy provides tools to create and edit AI-generated images and videos using templates and uploaded materials. Features, supported models, availability and generation times may change. AI outputs can be inaccurate or differ from your request; review them before using or sharing them.
03Your uploads and permissions
Upload only materials you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent from every identifiable person before using their likeness or replacing their appearance in an image or video. You grant hotspicy permission to process your uploads and instructions, including through service providers, as necessary to provide the requested features. This does not transfer ownership of your uploads.
04Prohibited uses
Do not create or upload content involving minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful impersonation. Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
05Credits and generation requests
Where credits or paid services are offered, review the displayed price before submitting a request. A submitted generation may consume credits and may not be cancellable once processing begins. Any purchase-specific cancellation, refund or credit terms presented at checkout apply, together with applicable mandatory consumer rights. Do not assume that an unsuccessful or unsatisfactory output automatically qualifies for a refund.
06Generated content
You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated content. Outputs may resemble other outputs and may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. These terms do not promise exclusive rights or clearance of third-party rights. Do not remove required disclosures or use an output in a misleading way.
07Privacy and third-party providers
Providing generation features may require sending your instructions and uploaded media to third-party model or infrastructure providers. Avoid uploading information you are not authorized to share. Consult our Privacy Policy for details about personal information handling.
08Availability and account restrictions
We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements or violations of these terms. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular output.
09Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, hotspicy is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the service or reliance on generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections.
